Be a Part of the JAZZONIAN
Compilation Jazz Music CD

Jazzonian is extremely pleased to announce plans to produce a Jazz compilation CD. Artist that are interested in participating can submit an original Jazz track for consideration.

Participating artists will get a webpage with photo and bio, links to their website, including much exposure as part of Jazzonian social network, press releases, and more!

Sponsorship packages are also available for individuals and/or business who would like to participate on this initiative.

All proceeds from the sale of the CDs will benefit Jazzonain Young Jazz Leaders Scholarship Fund and educational commuhnity cultural arts initiatives.

The Young Jazz Leaders Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial assistance to promising young high school and college level Jazz musicians with the goal of developing future leaders in the community, as well as empowering the next generation of Jazz musicians.

2012 Young Jazz Leaders Honors Band

It was a very special occasion as the Young Jazz Leaders Honors Band took the stage at the 2012 South Florida Jazz Summit conducted by Christopher Dorsey, Band Director of the award winning Dillard Center for the Arts Jazz Band. The event was held the the Bienes Center for the Arts in Fort Lauderdale on Sunday, January 15th, 2012.

Jazzonian is very pleased to announce its 2011 Excellence in Jazz Education Award. This year's recipient is Mr. Christopher Dorsey, Band Director of the Jazz Orchestra at Dillard Center for the Arts.

Jazzonian proudly presents Latin Jazz Player: a virtual educational cultural arts initiative produced by Bobby Ramirez that is part of the Jazzonian online multimedia experience honoring the great musicians that made significant contributions in helping to shape the sound of this classic American music artform. Latin Jazz Player also serves as a quick one-stop educational guide for music students, as well as helping music teachers articulate and present Latin Jazz as part of a school music curriculum.
